This meatloaf reminds me exactly of the meatloaf I used to eat before becoming vegan! I've tested this recipe on meat eaters and children and it's a hit with everyone. Thanks for watching :) Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jess_gonevegan/ For the glaze: 1/4 cup BBQ sauce 1/4 cup Ketchup 4 Tbs brown sugar or sweetener of choice Meatloaf ingredients: 2 packs beyond meat burgers 1/2 green bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped portobella mushroom 2 Tbs Vegan Worcestershire sauce (substitute soy sauce) 2-3 TBS tomato paste 1 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes 2 flax eggs (2 Tbs ground flax + 4 Tbs water) 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs 1 tsp seasoned salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 Tbs nutritional yeast 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp dried mustard (substitute 1 heaping Tbs yellow mustard) 1/2 tsp dried thyme Basil 1 tsp heaping Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 mins. Makes 14-16 slices. Cut the recipe in half for a smaller/less expensive version. * I use Kroger's brand of Worcestershire sauce. It is free of anchovies, making it vegan! *
