Simple Meatloaf With Gravy
This is the recipe my sister always uses. She got the recipe sometime maybe in the mid 1970's Here are the ingredients: 2 pounds of ground chuck, 80/20 3/4 cup of plain dried bread crumbs 1 packet Lipton instant onion soup mix 2 large eggs 3/4 cup of water 1/3 cup of ketchup No salt is needed in the recipe. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake for one hour or until internal temperature is 160 degrees In my oven it took one hour and twenty minutes because I made my meatloaf a little higher.
